As CEO of The Simon Companies, Jeff Simon sets the company standard for leadership, determination and integrity. In 1981, Jeff, with limited capital and one employee, started Valley Copy Service which grew into the Modesto area’s most successful medical/legal record copying service. Jeff’s responsibilities encompassed every aspect of the copy service from operations to business development.

The success of Valley Copy Service identified another need in the Valley business community that Jeff was eager to fill. In 1992, Jeff founded Record Recall, a business dedicated to the storage and retrieval of business records throughout the Central Valley. Record Recall featured an innovative computer program which significantly reduced record processing, storage and retrieval time.

Jeff’s commitment, however, was not just to Valley business. From 1992 to 1996, while running two successful businesses, Jeff gave something back to the area by serving as a reserve deputy sheriff for Stanislaus County.

In 1994, Jeff was persuaded to bring his varied experience to the family business, The Simon Companies. Under Jeff’s leadership, The Simon Companies has become what it is today, a powerful cost saving tool for the business of California.

Jeff is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Investigators, and certified in Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration Claims Theory by the IEA.
