Christian leads a team of highly qualified nurses and medical professionals who understand the power of education and the necessity of communication throughout the patient recovery process. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations at Status Medical Management, Christian also oversees the company’s compliance program, ensuring that the operation meets all relevant regulatory standards. Before joining Status Medical Management, Christian spent three years as an attorney at a Northern California law firm where he handled a variety of corporate and real estate transactions.

Bill Eitelgeorge
Bill's career in investigations began in 1988 with the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff. He joined Freese and Gianelli Claim Service/Status Investigative Group (The Simon Companies) on July 1, 1996, specializing in Insurance Fraud for Workers' Compensation and General Liability. Bill was promoted to Vice President/Director of Investigations with Status Investigative Group in July 2020. He is a licensed Private Investigator, Qualified Manager, and Special Investigations Unit lead investigator. He enjoys working with a variety of companies, people, and situations. He is always happy to assist and work with others to increase knowledge and provide direction in the insurance field. He feels it is so important to provide top-quality work with integrity in all that he and his team do in the service of clients they serve.

Milissa Gillihan
Milissa has almost 25 years of experience in California Workers' Compensation. Past experience includes accounts of all varieties including: public entities, private companies, construction, waste management, transportation, captives, JPA’s, staffing employers as well as insured and large deductible programs. In 2016, Milissa obtained her CA Independent Adjuster licenses in both CA and AZ and has since been designated as a Qualified Manager. Milissa is SIP certified and has both WCCP and AIC Claims designations.
